A supporting role in carrying out training with the aim of streamlining and optimizing credit operational processes within a dynamic and innovative banking context.
About this job
You will join as an intern the Credit Operations Unit which, through the Credit Back Office operational area, is responsible for managing the procedures and activities relating to individual credit products, taking care of the technical, operational accounting, reporting and monitoring. In your role, you will be involved in some initiatives to improve the efficiency of credit operational processes. Specifically, with the support of process analysts and the operational team, you will be responsible for documenting back office activities and creating operational manuals useful for on-the-job training and dissemination of information. Finally, you will give your contribution in supervising the training courses in their delivery phase, in planning the teaching activities and in their subsequent monitoring. Request availability starting from June 2024.
What you need
- Degree in Economics or Humanities (achieved or in the process of being achieved)
- Basic knowledge of credit instruments
- Strong creativity and motivation to go further
- Analytical skills and critical sense
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good English
In which area you will work
The Lending structure has the objective of coordinating the Underwriting, management and monitoring of credit activities, relating to the portfolios and operations of the Bank's Business Divisions, with particular reference to the areas of Corporate Banking, Specialized Credit, b-ilty and Investment Banking .
