A key role in the measurement, monitoring and control of operational risks and ICT and security risks within a dynamic and innovative banking reality.
About this job
You will join the Bank's Risk structure and will be responsible for managing the operational, ICT and security risk measurement processes according to the frameworks and regulations in force. In particular, your responsibilities will include the measurement of exposure to operational risks through Loss Data Collection and Risk Self Assessment processes, the monitoring and analysis of ICT and security risks, and the drafting of periodic reports on the status of the risks detected . Furthermore, you will be involved in the implementation of security policies and in the analysis of risk profiles connected to new products and businesses. You will assess ICT risks related to new releases and projects, conduct post-incident analyses, and ensure compliance with national and international regulations. Finally, you will have the opportunity to participate in internal projects in order to constantly improve the risk management framework, with a view to evolving and making processes more efficient.
What you need
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of experience in roles related to operational, ICT and security risk management, preferably in the banking/financial sector or in consultancy companies
- Familiarity with risk analysis and management methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attitude to teamwork and collaboration
- Proactivity and ability to work independently
- Python programming skills preferred
- Basic knowledge of regulations (CRR, CRD, Circ.285, DORA) and cybersecurity standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST) preferred
- Ability to use risk management and cybersecurity tools and software preferred

The Risk Competence Line guarantees the implementation of the process through which the risk is identified, evaluated and measured, reported and controlled and, subsequently, the relevant strategies to govern and mitigate it are identified and developed, with a view to consistency with the Risk Appetite Framework of the illimity Group.
