About this job
You will join the ICT Governance & Third-party Management structure, which plays a fundamental role in managing ICT agreements. You will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring the performance and quality KPIs of the IT systems that illimity Bank outsources. You will need to conduct the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical issues and continuity plans, and together with the team, you will be called upon to design recovery and intervention plans for possible emergencies to ensure operational continuity. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring IT incidents, managing escalations, and reporting to Bankit. You will support the Risk Management team in calculating and assessing cyber risk, specifically regarding exposure to risks related to third-party tools and services. You will have the opportunity to leverage your organizational and analytical skills by planning and conducting inspections of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
What you need
- At least 2 years of experience as a functional analyst
- Good knowledge of regulatory processes for ICT risk management
- Knowledge of IT performance analysis
- Preferable experience in managing IT incidents and related investigations
- Strong analytical skills for calculating and evaluating performance indicators (KPIs)
Remuneration
Total Reward package commensurate with the level of experience, which includes, among other elements, a Gross Annual Salary ranging between €34,000 and €45,000.

The ICT Governance & Third-party Management structure is responsible for managing ICT agreements on behalf of illimity Bank, ensuring contractual compliance, facilitating renegotiations and renewals, and activating necessary contractual protections.
