About this job
You will join the Commercial Real Estate Asset Management unit as an intern, which is responsible for market sourcing activities, underwriting, and managing real estate investment opportunities. You will support the creation of valuation analyses and business plans for managed positions. You will be involved in creating reports and presentations, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the proper execution of activities, the quality of output, and adherence to deadlines.
What you need
- Degree in Economics
- Master's in Real Estate is preferred
- Interest in the real estate market
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
Remuneration
Gross monthly allowance of € 700.
