In which area you will work
Depending on your profile and background, you can become part of the various Group entities: illimity Bank, ARECneprix, Abilio, Quimmo Agency and illimity SGR. illimity Bank specializes in four business areas: Growth Credit, b-ilty, Investment Banking and Distressed Credit. The Growth Credit Division provides credit to small and medium-sized enterprises with high potential, but still with low rating or no rating, including the segment of non-performing SMEs (Unlikely-To-Pay), in addition to carrying out Turnaround, Factoring and Crossover activities & Acquisition Finance. The b-ilty Division is designed to provide medium and long-term credit to Italian SMEs with a turnover of between 2 and 10 million euros, supporting them in their growth path and proposing an innovative offer of dedicated products. The Investment Banking Division is responsible for the execution of Capital Markets and Corporate Solutions activities for external customers, but also for the structuring of funding and capital optimization operations to support the Bank's structures. The Distressed Credit Division, on the other hand, is dedicated to the acquisition, management and enhancement of distressed loans of corporate origin, both secured and unsecured, and to the financing of other buyers. Within the Division, ARECneprix is responsible for carrying out the due diligence activities of the portfolios under evaluation, the onboarding of the acquired portfolios and their subsequent management; while Abilio operates in the free market and judicial digital securities and real estate brokerage sector. Finally, illimity SGR was born in 2020, which is responsible for setting up and managing Alternative Investment Funds with a prevalent focus on investments in corporate credits.
