A support role for Operations management activities relating to the spending process.
About this job
You will join as an intern the Organization & Procurement Area, specifically in the Procurement team, and will be involved in control activities relating to the Group spending process. In particular, you will collaborate with your colleagues to ensure correct compliance with internal regulations and the resulting controls in terms of checks on suppliers and on individual expenses activated by the structures. You will carry out the requested activities always based on supporting data, which you can use as appropriate. Finally, you will contribute to the monitoring of contractual documentation relating to Group expenses. Availability required starting from September.
What you need
- Bachelor's Degree
- Natural propensity for teamwork
- Strong communication skills and creativity
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent English
In which area you will work
The HR & Organization structure is responsible for Talent Acquisition activities, the management, remuneration and development of the Group's personnel, Facility Management, the coordination of organizational activities for the Bank and the Group's procurement processes.
