About this job
You will join the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for talent attraction and management activities, as well as employer branding and internal communication initiatives. Specifically, you will support the selection process (job posting, screening, interview organization) working closely with management and in engagement activities aimed at the illimiters in line with our People Value Proposition. Additionally, in collaboration with the team, you will prepare reports on key HR topics for the Chief HR & Organization Officer. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a challenging and dynamic environment, interacting with different organizational and business contexts.
What you need
- Degree in economics or humanities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
- Teamwork orientation and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent english
Remuneration
Gross monthly allowance of € 700.

The HR & Organization department is responsible for Talent Acquisition activities, the management, remuneration, and development of the Group’s personnel, Facility Management, and the coordination of organizational and procurement activities for the Bank.
