About this job
You will join as an intern the Sustainability structure. Specifically, in collaboration with the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the strategic objectives of the Sustainability Plan (ESG Programme) across the entire Bank, as well as monitoring and studying the evolution of external, Italian and European regulations on ESG matters. Furthermore, in collaboration with other areas of the Banking Group, you will contribute to the planning and management of ESG interventions and projects, resulting from legislative and regulatory developments, such as the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and supervisory expectations on climate and environmental risks, in particular in relation to the credit and investment portfolio. Finally, you will have the opportunity to sharpen your critical sense and your problem solving and quantitative analysis skills, within a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
What you need
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Master's degree or specialization course in ESG is preferred
- Strong interest in environmental, social and governance issues
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Analysis and planning skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent English
Remuneration
Gross monthly allowance of € 700.
In which area you will work
The CFO Competence Line is responsible for the administration activities, the overall planning and control process, and the optimization of the Bank's operating costs. It also supervises financial communication and corporate sustainability reporting to investors and other stakeholders, as well as overseeing the Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework and capital allocation.
