A key role in administrative and accounting processes, involved in accounting & reporting activities concerning the SGR and the managed Alternative Investment Funds.
About this job
You will join the Operation & Administration Area and be involved in operational and support activities in close contact with the investment team. Your main responsibilities will include the allocation of collections (recording, reconciliation, and correct allocation of cash flows received from the debtors of the managed funds); onboarding management of new clients, including adequate verification in accordance with current regulations. Additionally, you will support the entry and management of new positions within the management system, ensuring that all data is correctly acquired and updated, also performing adequate client verification, with particular attention to compliance with anti-money laundering, privacy, and other applicable regulations. You will prepare periodic reports for bi-weekly accounting closures, in collaboration with the Finance and Investment teams. You will provide operational support to the investment team, for example in the preparation of documentation and reports to be sent to debtor companies, including updates on positions, deadlines, and specific requests. You will independently manage document archiving, constantly monitoring updates on credit positions.
What you need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or economic-management field
- Previous experience, even brief, in back office roles in financial contexts (SGR, banks, advisory firms, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of credit products and related operational flows
- Good command of Excel and main Office tools
- Knowledge of the financial management software Panda will be considered a plus
- Precision, reliability, and ability to work in a team
Remuneration
Total Reward package commensurate with the level of experience, which includes, among other elements, a Gross Annual Salary ranging between € 34.000 e € 40.000.
