About this job
You will join the Digital Banking Division as an intern. In particular, you will support the team by focusing on the management of the digital branch, specifically in relation to cash operations and operational controls on activities performed by customers via the online front-end. You will also be involved in analyzing payments made through Internet Banking, working with the team to manage credit cards and preparing related activity reports. You will support senior colleagues in customer data verification during the digital onboarding process, as well as carrying out anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Finally, you will contribute to customer support, resolving technical issues, defining functional requirements for new services to be configured, and helping to design Back Office processes.
What you need
- Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Passion for Fintech and Digital Banking
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to get involved
- Propensity for teamwork and problem solving
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Remuneration
Gross monthly allowance of € 700.

The Digital Banking Division is the corporate function responsible for managing the contractual relationship with the provider of services related to debit and prepaid cards for illimity’s customers. It is also in charge of authorizing the opening and management of relationships with high money laundering risk retail and corporate clients acquired through the digital platforms illimitybank.com and b.ilty.
